Why isn’t my new property live yet?

What to expect when publishing your first Travelnest property

If you’ve recently joined Travelnest and your property has never been live on booking sites before, it may still be completing setup and validation.

Most properties go live within one to two weeks once all required property information has been completed.

Before your property can go live

First, make sure you’ve completed everything needed to get your property ready.

Use our Going Live Checklist to check the key areas, including:

• Property details
• Pricing
• Availability and calendar setup
• Minimum stay
• Booking notice
• Payment details
• Any existing listings you manage outside Travelnest

If part of your Property Profile is incomplete or needs attention, complete this before your property can go live.

Check your listing status in Travelnest

The most reliable way to see whether your property has gone live is through your Travelnest account.

  1. Log in to your Travelnest account.
  2. Go to Properties and select the property.
  3. Select View listings underneath the property cover photo.

This shows the booking channels your property has been published to and the current status of each listing.

For more help, see How to view your listing on booking sites.

If you’ve recently completed your setup

If everything is complete and you’ve only recently finished setting up your property, your listings may still be going through the normal publishing and validation process.

You do not normally need to do anything while this is happening. We’ll let you know when your property is live.

Are you a new host?

This article is for new hosts who have recently joined Travelnest and are waiting for their property to go live for the first time.

If your property has previously been live but you can no longer find it on a booking channel, see our guidance on why you can’t find your property on a booking channel.

If your property is live but only certain dates cannot be booked, see our guidance on Why can’t guests book my property on a booking channel?
