Why can’t I find my property on a booking channel?
Your property may still be live even if you cannot find it in search
Why your listing may not appear in search
If your property was previously live on Airbnb, Booking.com or another booking channel but you cannot find it by searching, this does not necessarily mean the listing has been removed or taken offline.
Your Travelnest account is the most reliable place to check your listing status.
How do I check my listing in Travelnest?
If you manage multiple properties, make sure you select the correct property before checking its listings.
1. Open your property
Log in to your Travelnest account, go to Properties and select the property.
2. View your listings
Select View listings beneath the property’s cover photo, then find the booking channel you want to check.
You can see the listing’s status and open it directly on the booking channel.
For more information, see How to view your listing on booking sites.
What if Travelnest shows my listing as live?
If the listing shows as live and its direct link opens correctly, it is published on that booking channel.
Searching manually is not always a reliable way to find your own property. Search results can depend on:
- The dates searched.
- The number of guests.
- Price and other search filters.
- The map area or location filters.
Use the direct link in View listings to open your property rather than relying only on a manual search.
What if my listing is live but particular dates cannot be booked?
A listing can be live while some dates are unavailable to book. If you can open the listing but cannot find it when searching for a particular stay, review the dates, pricing and booking settings.
For guidance, see Why can’t guests book my property on a booking channel?
This helps you investigate availability for the requested stay rather than assuming the whole listing is offline.
What if Travelnest no longer shows my listing as live?
If your property was previously live but View listings now shows that the channel listing is no longer live or published:
- Review your property details for any requested updates.
- Look for sections highlighted in red.
- Complete or update the information requested.
Missing or outdated information may be a reason the listing is offline.
What if my property has never been live?
This article is for properties that have previously been live through Travelnest.
