Why isn’t my new property live yet?

What to expect when publishing your first Travelnest property

Why your property may not be live yet

If you have recently joined Travelnest and your property has not yet gone live through Travelnest, it may still be completing setup and validation.

Most properties go live within one to two weeks once all required property information has been completed.

Before your property can go live

Make sure you have completed everything needed to prepare your property.

Use our Going Live Checklist to review:

  • Property details.
  • Pricing.
  • Availability and calendar setup.
  • Minimum stay.
  • Booking notice.
  • Payment details.
  • Any existing listings you manage outside Travelnest.

If part of your Property Profile is incomplete or needs attention, complete it before your property can go live.

How do I check my listing status in Travelnest?

Your Travelnest account is the most reliable place to check whether your property has gone live. If you manage multiple properties, make sure you select the correct property.

1. Open your property

Log in to your Travelnest account, go to Properties and select the property.

2. View your listings

Select View listings beneath the property’s cover photo.

This shows the booking channels your property has been published to and the current status of each listing.

For more help, see How to view your listing on booking sites.

What if I have recently completed my setup?

If everything is complete and you have only recently finished setting up your property, your listings may still be going through the normal publishing and validation process.

You do not normally need to take any further action while this is happening. We will let you know when your property is live.

Is this the right article for my property?

This article is for new hosts who have recently joined Travelnest and are waiting for their property to go live through Travelnest for the first time.
