What is the payment schedule for a booking?
When Travelnest sends payouts for completed bookings
Travelnest collects the guest payment and sends host payouts by bank transfer. Hosts do not charge guests directly.
Payouts are issued every Wednesday for bookings with arrivals in the previous calendar week.
How the payment schedule works
Travelnest sends payouts after the guest has arrived.
Each Wednesday, payouts are issued for bookings with arrivals between Monday and Sunday of the previous calendar week.
Example:
If a guest checks in between Monday 1st and Sunday 6th, Travelnest will issue the payout on Wednesday 10th.

- For a guest checking in on Friday, the 3rd, Travelnest will issue the invoice on the following Wednesday, the 8th, and the payment should appear in your account by Friday, the 10th.

When the payment reaches your account
Once the payout is issued, banks may take additional time to process the payment.
GBP accounts
Payments usually arrive within 2 to 3 days after being issued. In most cases, you should see the payment in your account by Friday.
Non-GBP accounts
International payments can take up to 4 days to arrive depending on your bank’s processing times.
If you expected a payment but haven't received it
If the guest has already stayed and the payout schedule has passed, there may be another reason for the delay.
Common reasons include:
• bank processing time
• booking adjustments or amendments
• missing account details
