Drive direct bookings with your personal booking link

Your Travelnest Direct link takes guests to a booking page where they can check availability, view prices and complete their booking and payment.

Direct bookings use your Travelnest pricing and availability. They arrive in your account like other Travelnest bookings and update your Travelnest calendar.

Four ways to share your Direct booking link

1. Social media

If you promote your property on social media, share your Direct link so interested guests can find your booking page.

• Add it to your Instagram profile’s website links.
• Include it on your property’s Facebook page.
• Share it alongside photos or updates about your property where the platform supports clickable links.

2. Messaging

Share your link through WhatsApp, SMS or another messaging service with friends, family and people who have asked about booking your property.

They can open the link to check dates and prices without needing you to take payment manually.

3. Your business website

If you have a website for your property, add your Direct link so visitors can book a stay.

Use a clear text link or a button such as Book your stay. This gives visitors a straightforward route from your website to the booking page.

4. Previous guests

Where you have permission to contact previous guests for marketing, include your Direct link in appropriate follow-up messages or emails.

For example, you could invite guests to book another stay or share the link with friends and family. Keep promotional communication separate from resolving any outstanding issue with their previous stay.
