Registering your holiday let with the relevant authorities
Before advertising your property, check the registration, licensing and other hosting requirements that apply to its location and how you operate it.
This guide links to information for France, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Scotland, Italy and Turkey Other countries and regions may also have requirements, so do not assume your property is exempt if its location is not listed below.
Complete the registration and tax-information fields requested in your Travelnest account. The information needed can vary by country and property type.
Registration, licensing and tax information serve different purposes. Adding details to Travelnest does not replace applying to the relevant authority or obtaining any permission required to operate. Some processes take time, so start early.
