Where can I see my total earnings or get an account statement?

Can I get a yearly or total earnings report?

Yes. Just ask us for the period you need, for example for tax or accounting, and we'll prepare a custom Excel report showing:

• Bookings
• Payouts made within that period

Your account doesn't currently have a downloadable yearly statement, an automated annual earnings report, or a single page showing your total earnings for a year.

What earnings information do I get automatically?

You can always see the following without asking:

• Weekly invoice statements. These are sent on Wednesdays when a payout is processed, and confirm the amount issued to you. They show each booking in that payment run, with your earnings after commission, VAT and any adjustments.
• Travelnest monthly performance email. This shows your total pay-out for the previous month, converted to GBP. It only includes payments for guests who have already checked in. You can learn more about this email here.
• Booking information in your account. Each booking shows its payment value, with a breakdown of the commission, VAT and any promotions or discounts deducted from your payout. These values are shown per booking and aren't totalled by month or year.

How can I work out my total earnings for a year?

You can add up either of these for the year:

• The monthly payouts from your performance emails
• The payment values from your weekly invoice statements

Or just ask us for the custom Excel report, which already lists your bookings and payouts for the period.

Why don't earnings show as a yearly total?

Travelnest pays hosts after guest check-in, not at the time of booking. Bookings can span different months and years, and payouts are issued weekly, so earnings are reported when payments are made rather than grouped into annual totals.
