What happens to existing listings outside of Travelnest?

Learn how to manage existing listings when joining Travelnest and help prevent duplicate listings and double bookings.

How to handle listings you already have on other platforms

If you already advertise your property on Airbnb, Booking.com or another booking site, Travelnest creates new listings rather than transferring your existing ones.

Before using Travelnest to advertise the same property on the same booking site, snooze your existing listing on that platform. You cannot keep both listings active for the same property on that site.

You can continue to manage direct bookings independently or advertise on platforms you do not use through Travelnest.

Connecting calendars does not replace the requirement to snooze an existing listing on a booking site you also use through Travelnest.

How do I snooze my existing listings?

For instructions, see How to snooze or deactivate listings outside Travelnest.

Snoozing temporarily takes a listing offline rather than permanently deleting it. You retain access to your booking-site account. Before reactivating an outside listing, make sure you will not create a duplicate of an active Travelnest listing on the same platform.

How do I keep my calendars connected?

To help prevent double bookings, connect the calendars of bookings you manage outside Travelnest to your Travelnest calendar using calendar synchronisation.

If you keep advertising independently on a platform, do not also select that platform for the same property through Travelnest. Review your choices in Channels.

Please note Booking.com is required under Travelnest’s channel policy. You cannot deselect it to keep a separate Booking.com listing active for the same property while using Travelnest.

How are my new Travelnest listings created?

Provide your property details, photos, pricing and availability in your Travelnest account so your new listings can be built and distributed to your selected booking channels.

You can then manage your Travelnest listings from one account, making it easier to keep property information and availability up to date. Listings and direct bookings you manage independently remain your responsibility.
