Travelnest commission
Travelnest charges 5% commission on bookings made through Travelnest. Most bookings also include around 15% commission charged by the booking channel.
Bookings made through Travelnest Direct only include the 5% Travelnest commission.

How commission works
We keep our pricing simple.
Each booking includes:
• 5% Travelnest commission
• around 15% booking channel commission
Travelnest manages the channel commission for you, including guest payments and payouts, so you always know what charges apply to each booking.
Bookings made through Travelnest Direct do not include channel commission.
VAT
VAT will be applied to fees for UK-registered accounts and deducted from your payout. If you are VAT registered in the UK, you can reclaim this. A VAT invoice will be issued with each payment, showing a breakdown of fees per booking.
For accounts registered outside the UK, VAT will not be charged. You are responsible for paying VAT and/or tax according to your local laws. To remain exempt from UK VAT, provide an international correspondence or business address in your Travelnest account.
To clarify, VAT will be applied to all accounts registered with a UK or Northern Ireland address.
How and when does Travelnest collect fees?
Travelnest fees are only charged on bookings where a guest stays, or on cancelled bookings where the guest does not receive a full refund.
The 5% Travelnest fee and 15% channel commission (plus VAT if applicable) are deducted from each booking when payment is made to you. You can view the full breakdown in your Travelnest account.
When do I get paid?
Payments and statements are issued weekly, on Wednesdays, for all arrivals up to the previous Sunday.
