Terms and Conditions – January Reactivation Prize Draw

You must be a registered Travelnest host with at least one property that was unbookable as of 8th January 2025.
Your unbookable property must be made bookable by 31st January 2025.
Your property must remain bookable for a minimum of 14 days during January 2025 (days do not need to be consecutive).
Your property must receive at least one confirmed booking during January 2025.
Your property must be connected to at least one of the following channels:
- Airbnb
- Booking.com
There is no cost to hosts to enter.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
If you have multiple unbookable properties that meet the criteria, you will receive one entry into the draw.

5 winners will be randomly selected in the first week of February 2025.
Each winner will receive one £50 Amazon voucher.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other reward.
Winners will be notified via email by 7th February 2025, using the email address registered to their Travelnest account.
Failure to have accurate contact details on file will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Travelnest will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
Amazon vouchers will be sent via email within 14 working days of winner notification.

Travelnest reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries.
Properties found not to meet the eligibility criteria will be disqualified.
The decision of Travelnest regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

All personal information will be used in accordance with Travelnest’s Privacy Notice.
Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activity.
Participation is optional.

Travelnest does not provide any form of practical or IT support relating to the Amazon vouchers.
Once issued, all responsibility for the voucher rests with the winner.
Travelnest accepts no liability for any issues with the Amazon vouchers once issued.

Travelnest reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
Travelnest reserves the right to cancel or modify the prize draw if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the January Reactivation Prize Draw run by Travelnest.
