If you’d like a clearer view of what your property could earn in the future, you can request a potential earnings report from Travelnest.

This report provides an estimate of potential revenue based on market data, comparable properties, and expected performance on our platform. It’s designed to help you understand the opportunity for your property and discuss next steps with a Property Expert.

Who this report is for

Potential earnings reports are available to current Travelnest hosts only. You must be an active Travelnest customer to request this report.

If you’re not yet hosting with Travelnest, you’ll need to speak with our Onboarding Team first.

What the potential earnings report includes

Your potential earnings report may include:

• An estimate of potential annual revenue

• Insights into expected demand for your property

• Pricing and occupancy assumptions

The report is indicative only and does not guarantee future income.

How to request a potential earnings report

To request a potential earnings report, you must be assigned a Property Expert.

• If you already have a Property Expert, you can request the report by booking a call with them. During the call, they’ll explain the report and answer any questions.

• If you haven’t yet spoken to a Property Expert, you’ll need to arrange a call first. You can learn more about their role in What makes our experts the best.
