In some cases when using our Smart Pricing feature, you may notice that all or most of the dates are priced at your minimum price. This may indicate that you have set your minimum price too high vs what our Smart Pricing feature would suggest to be a competitive price to attract bookings.
In the example below, the minimum price has been set to £1000 per night when switching Smart Pricing on (1st screenshot). When looking at the nightly prices set in calendar, it is showing as being £1000 per night. This would indicate that the minimum price should be lowered.
If you notice this on your listing, we recommend logging into your account and checking your pricing. By lowering your minimum price, you could boost bookings!
