Accessing your Travelnest account
You can log in using the email address registered on your Travelnest account, or a Google or Facebook account with a matching email address.
How do I log in?
1. Open the login page
Go to the Travelnest login page.
Bookmark the page or add it to your favourites for quick access in future.
2. Choose how to log in
- Enter the email address you used to set up your Travelnest account; or
- Choose Google or Facebook, using an account whose email address matches your Travelnest account.
3. Complete your login
If you have set a password
Enter your password on the next screen.
If you have not set a password
Check your email for a login link. Select Log in in the email to open your account.
What if I do not receive the login email?
- Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- If it is still missing, select Can’t see email? on the login page.
You can then:
- Resend the login link to the same email address; or
- Enter a different email address if you signed up using another one.
Frequently asked questions
Does Google or Facebook login work in the app as well?
Yes. Existing customers can log in using Google or Facebook in the Travelnest app.
If you cannot see these options, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed, then try again.
What happens if I already have an account but log in with Google or Facebook?
If the Google or Facebook email address matches the email address on your Travelnest account, the accounts are linked automatically. You access your existing Travelnest account without creating a duplicate.
If the Google or Facebook email address does not match a correspondence email on your Travelnest account, Travelnest cannot match it to your existing profile and the login will not work.
Use the email address registered on your Travelnest account, or a Google or Facebook account with that same email address.
