Looking to get more from your holiday rental? You’re in the right place.

Travelnest is a marketing solution for holiday rental properties. We work with individual hosts and holiday rental businesses to create listings and distribute them across booking sites, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, Holidu, HomeToGo and their affiliates.

From luxury villas and serviced apartments to holiday lodge parks and wigwams, our aim is to increase your property’s visibility, attract bookings and help you grow your revenue.

We help market your property, while you welcome your guests.


How does it work? 

Getting started with Travelnest is simple, and you won’t be doing it alone.

1. Set up your account and property

Register and set up your Travelnest account, then add your property details, including:

  • Property title and description.
  • Amenities.
  • Pricing.
  • Availability.

You can also upload 24 or more high-quality photos to showcase your property.

2. Work with a Property Expert

Your dedicated Property Expert helps you prepare and optimise your listing. They can help you:

  • Review your photos.
  • Refine your property title and description.
  • Set pricing using market data.

The aim is to create a listing that appeals to guests and gives your property the best opportunity to attract bookings.

3. Choose your booking sites and publish your listing

Once your listing is ready, choose which booking sites you want it to appear on. Travelnest works with Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, Holidu, HomeToGo and their affiliates to help your property reach guests across multiple platforms.

Travelnest verifies your listing information and sends it to your chosen booking sites. Going live on Travelnest does not mean your listing is immediately live on every booking site.

 

Travelnest tip Once your listing is live, we verify everything and push it out to the chosen sites. Most listings go live within a few days, but some channels may take up to two weeks.
