How Travelnest can update your pricing
Learn how your Property Expert may contact you about pricing changes, what this means for your listing, and how to opt out.
Travelnest may review and update pricing on your behalf to help keep your property competitive. This includes looking at live market demand, booking trends, and how your listing is performing.
The aim is to make sure your pricing gives your property the best chance of appearing in relevant searches, attracting guests, and increasing bookings.
Why Travelnest may update your pricing
Holiday let pricing can change quickly depending on demand, seasonality and what guests are searching for.
By reviewing your pricing regularly, Travelnest can help:
- Improve your listing’s visibility on booking sites
- Make your property more competitive
- Increase your chances of receiving bookings
- Support stronger booking performance over time
What this means for you
From time to time, your Property Expert may recommend or apply pricing changes to help improve your property’s performance.
This may include updates to:
- Your base price
- Your minimum price
- Your overall price positioning in the market
These changes are made using live market data and pricing insight, with the goal of improving visibility and bookability for your property.
How we contact you
If your property is selected for a pricing update, your Property Expert will contact you to let you know.
This contact may include:
- Emails from your Property Expert
- A phone call from your Property Expert
- Advance notice before the pricing change goes live
This gives you the opportunity to understand what is changing and why, and to get in touch if you have any questions.

Yes. If you do not want Travelnest to make pricing changes on your behalf, you will need to speak to your Property Expert.
Your Property Expert can talk you through the change and, if you still want to opt out, they can make sure no further pricing changes are applied without your agreement.
