Keeping your account secure

A strong password helps protect your Travelnest account and personal information. Keep it private and use a different password for each account.

How do I update my password?

1. Open your account settings

• Log in to your Travelnest account.
• Select Account to open your account overview.
• Select the Password tab on the left-hand side.

2. Enter your current and new passwords

• Enter your existing password.
• Enter your new password twice, making sure it meets the requirements shown on the page.

3. Save your new password

Select Update password.

How do I create a strong password?

• Keep it private: Do not share your password or leave it somewhere others can see it.
• Use a unique password: Choose a different password for each account so that a password exposed on one service cannot also be used to access your other accounts.
• Use a passphrase: Combine several unrelated words to create a password that is easier to remember and harder to guess.
• Make it long: Aim for at least 12 characters and meet the requirements shown on the password page.
• Follow the character requirements: Include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters where required. Avoid obvious sequences such as 1234.

Additional tips

• Consider using a password manager to generate and securely store unique passwords.
• Do not leave passwords on visible sticky notes or in accessible notebooks. If you keep a written copy, store it securely where others cannot access it.
