Guest Support is here to help guests who have an active booking at a Travelnest property.
This support is for guests only. If you are a host, please contact Host Support or your Property Expert.
Contacting your host directly
At Travelnest, we manage bookings on behalf of hosts. If you need to discuss the property itself, you should contact your host directly.
You can do this by:
• Logging in to the booking site you used and selecting the contact host option
• Checking your booking confirmation email from Travelnest, which includes your host’s contact details
This ensures you speak directly to the person responsible for the property.

• A confirmed booking
• Problems during a stay
• Check in or arrival issues
• Issues with the property during a stay
• Questions during or after a stay
