How to cancel a booking on Travelnest
Find out which cancellation guidance applies to you, depending on whether your guest wants to cancel or you can't host the booking.
Choose the guidance that fits

If you're not sure which applies
What matters is why the booking needs to be cancelled, not who submits the request. If your guest no longer wants to stay, follow the guest cancellation guidance. If the cancellation is needed because you're unable to host them, follow the host cancellation guidance, even if your guest agrees or submits the cancellation themselves.
If your guest wants to cancel, please don't use Cancel this booking in your Travelnest account. If you can't host them, read the host cancellation guidance before taking any action.
